1. General Disclaimer
All content (text, data, prices, charts, market commentary) is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, carbon market data is volatile and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify with official registries (TGO, Verra, Gold Standard) before transacting.
2. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell carbon credits, derivatives, tokens, securities, or any other instrument. Carbon trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all participants. Consult a licensed financial advisor and your tax counsel before making decisions.
3. Risk Disclosure
The following risks are inherent in carbon credit and ESG-related activities:
Tokenized Credit Risk High
Carbon credits represented as on-chain tokens face additional risks: smart contract vulnerabilities, custody/wallet loss, bridge integrity issues, and regulatory uncertainty across jurisdictions. Token holders may not have legal standing equivalent to registry account holders.
Article 6 / Cross-Border Transfer Risk High
International transfers of mitigation outcomes (ITMOs) under Paris Agreement Article 6 require corresponding adjustments by host countries. Procedures, eligibility, and timing remain in flux. Cross-border deals may face delays, rejections, or retroactive policy changes.
Price Volatility Risk Medium
Carbon prices fluctuate based on policy announcements, supply/demand shifts, methodology updates, and macro factors. Historical performance does not guarantee future results.
Methodology & Quality Risk Medium
Methodologies evolve. Credits issued under older versions may be re-classified, discounted, or de-listed by buyers (e.g. ICVCM CCP assessment). Project-level integrity issues can affect price.
Tax & Accounting Risk Medium
VAT treatment, withholding tax, corporate tax, and accounting classification of carbon credit transactions vary by jurisdiction and may change. Consult a Thai tax advisor (or local equivalent) for transactions involving Thailand.
Registry / Counterparty Risk Low
Registry downtime, account suspension, or counterparty default can delay settlements. We use NDA-bound buyers and escrow where appropriate to mitigate this.
4. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of this website or our services does not create a fiduciary, attorney-client, broker-client (where regulated), or financial advisor relationship between you and Space Inventive — except where explicitly documented in a signed written agreement.
5. Forward-Looking Statements
Any statements about future market growth, policy outcomes, project performance, or credit issuance are forward-looking and subject to risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially.
